"I was looking for some lofts that would be affordable for a young single guy with an outgoing lifestyle. One of my friends found a few different options, but the Bel Air stood out among the rest. It was bigger, had more custom options and was in a better location than the competition.

The physical layout of the Bel Air units was the most impressive thing to me. The large roof top patios make for a great social living environment, and the optional rooftop hot tubs are going to be pretty sweet to say the least. Once this project is complete, it will be the coolest building in the area and will help to further develop that part of South Congress!"
