Gary Krieg

As a co-founder of Interurban Development, Gary realized the demand for unique communities that offer preferred locations, innovative design, low maintenance ownership and exceptional value. This became the driving force of Interurban Development, LLC. Previously, Gary served as Project Director for an Austin based residential and commercial developer, where he led site selection, acquisition, product concept, sales and marketing efforts. Prior to entering real estate development, Gary began his career in sales for Fortune 500 corporations in the capital equipment and healthcare industries.

Rance Clouse
Executive Team

Rance joined Interurban Development, LLC as a principal in 2004, bringing with him over 18 years of real estate development, finance and operational experience. Most recently he served as Principal and Vice President of Operations for a Florida consumer and real estate finance company offering financing for affordable and first-time home buyers. Previously, Rance served as managing partner in an Arizona based development, where he was responsible for land acquisitions, project level financing, and construction management for retirement developments encompassing residential units, home sites and apartment buildings.

Matt Mathias
Executive Team

Matt co-founded Interurban Development, LLC in 2004. He was the primary pre-development consultant and equity resource for Bel Air, another Interurban Development project. As a founding partner of Riata Partners, Matt has managed or overseen major developments with a total value in excess of $200 million. Riata Partner's recent local accomplishments include the award winning RIATA community consisting of 2,000 multi-family homes, a 210-acre mixed-use development. Riata was also chosen to design and develop Eleven East, a major mixed-use redevelopment effort in East Austin. Matt's real estate background includes over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development.

Jeff Kessler
Sales Associate

Prior to joining Interurban Development in April 2007, Jeff Kessler was employed by Austin Advantage Realty. His 10 years experience as an independent real estate agent specializing in the condominium market and mortgage lending expertise will be a valuable asset to the company and our clients.
